Aynı zamanda bu teknolojiyi kullanacak  teknik personel istihdam edilmekte ve bu personelin gelişmeleri sürekli  izleyebilmesi için yurtiçi ve yurtdışı seminer ve eğitim programlarına katılmaları teşvik edilmektedir.
