AĞAR OTO EGZOZ AŞ'de üretilen susturucu ve boruların yıllık adedi toplam 200.000'dir. Üretimde çeşitli çap ve kalınlıktaki DKP ve alüminyum kaplı borular, çeşitli kalınlıklarda DKP, galvaniz ve alüminyum kaplı saclar kullanılmaktadır. Üretim hattı prosesin akışına göre yeniden dizayn edilmiş olup; hammadde girdisinden, ürün, satışa sununcaya kadar gereksiz taşıma ve işçilikler minimuma indirilmiştir. Hammadde girdilerinden biri olan sac, giyotin makaslarda verilen iş emri ve talimatlara göre kesilmektedir. Bu kesilmiş saclar preslerden ve susturucu makinalarından geçerek egzoz sisteminin gövde kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Diğer taraftan boru bölümünde borular, kesim, büküm, ağız genişletme, açılı kesim, nikelaj kaplama gibi işlemlerden geçerek egzoz sisteminin borularını oluşturmaktadır.

 

The number of silencers and pipes produced by AGAR OTO EGZOZ A.S.  per year is 200.000 blank and aluminum coated pipes of different diameters and thickness are used in production. The product line has been re-designed according to the flow of the process and unnecessary carrying and workmanship has been minimized from the moment of the input of the raw material until the sales of the product. The sheet which is one of the raw material inputs is cut by guillotine knives according to the work orders and instructions given.Sheets that are cut are processed by silencer machines and form the body of the muffler system. On the other hand, pipes undergo operations cutting, twisting, mouth extension, angel cutting, nickel lining in the pipe section and form the pipes of the muffler system.  

Egzoz sisteminin tüm parçaları montaj hattında birleştirilip satışa sunulmaktadır. Üretimin her aşamasında gerekli kalite kontrol ve istatistiksel kontroller yapılmaktadır. Üretim için gerekli tezgahların en önemlileri CNC kontrollü olup dünya çapında tanınmış firmaların tezgahlarıdır. Egzoz sistemi için gerekli tüm parçaları (flanş, bağlantı, vb.) AĞAR OTO EGZOZ kendi bünyesinde üretmektedir. AĞAR OTO EGZOZ tezgahlarında kullanılan kalıpların tümü kendi kalıphanesinde yapılmaktadır. 

All parts of the muffler system are assembled in the assembly line and put out to sales. Quality control and statistical control are carried out in every stage of the production. the most important machines necessary for production are CNC controlled machines produced by companies that are known world-wide. Full automatic silencer line, EAGLE, pipe twisting and measuring machines, ADDISON, etc. All parts necessary for the muffler system ( flarange, connections, etc) are produced by AGAR OTO EGZOZ in its own facilities. The molds used in AGAR OTO EGZOZ machines are made at the molding house of the company.

Kalıplar CNC tezgahlarında CAD-CAM (CIMATRON) sistemi kullanılarak yapılmaktadır. AĞAR OTO EGZOZ AŞ, kalite güvence sistemini ISO9002 gereklerine uygun olarak kurmuştur. Ürün ve hizmetlerin belirlenen spesifikasyon ve gereksinimleri tam olarak kanıtlamak amacıyla belgelendirilecektir. Kalite sisteminin amacı, tüm faaliyetlerin planlı ve uyumlu bir şekilde yürütülerek, etkin bir yönetim sistemi sağlamak ve kaliteden ödün vermeden en düşük maliyetlerle üretim ve hizmet sunmaktır.

Molds are made in CNC machines using CAD-CAM (CIMATRON) system. AGAR OTO EGZOZ AS has established its Quality Assurance System according to the requirements of the ISO 9002 Standards. These specifications and requirements of the products and services will be documented to be fully proved. The purpose of the quality system is to provide an effective management, to carry out all activities within a plan and in harmony and to make production and render service with the lowest costs and without giving in from the quality.
